📝 How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

- The exact URL(s) or other identifying information that will help us locate the infringing material on our website.
- Your full legal name, organization name (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and a valid working email address.

🔄 DMCA Notice Review Process
Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA Notice:
- We will issue a written acknowledgment to the complainant
- We will investigate the claim promptly and may temporarily remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing material
- We will notify the account holder or uploader of the material, allowing them to respond via a counter-notification
- We may request additional information or context before taking final action
🛡️ Submitting a Counter Notification
If you are a user or contributor whose content was removed in response to a DMCA notice, and you believe it was done in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Identification of the material and its prior location on our website
- Your name, address, contact number, and email address
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- A statement: “I consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.”

Counter-notifications should also be sent to dmca@globalinfoveda.com. If a valid counter notice is received, we may reinstate the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant initiates a court action.
🚫 Repeat Infringement Policy
Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights will face:
- Permanent account termination
- Removal of all submitted content
- Ban from registering new accounts or contributing to our services
- Blacklisting of associated IP addresses or domains
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes “repeat infringement” at our sole discretion and in compliance with DMCA requirements.
